We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Standard delivery is included free of charge on all subscription orders. Delivery on individual shop orders is charged at a flat rate as shown at checkout.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 3 working days of payment confirmation. Delivery timescales are estimates and may vary. Amino Magnet™ is not liable for delays caused by postal or courier services outside of our control.

Amino Magnet™ offers monthly subscription packs which renew automatically every 28 days from the date of the first payment. By subscribing you authorise recurring payments at the agreed subscription price.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason, provided the products are unused, unopened and in their original condition.
To request a return, contact us at support@aminomagnet.com within 14 days of delivery. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied, in which case we will arrange collection or cover return postage costs.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods in satisfactory condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund where products have been opened or used.
Amino Magnet™ takes all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of product information, including ingredients, dosage guidance and usage instructions. However, food supplement formulations can change and customers should always refer to the label on the product received.
